Join us this Friday March 8 for an hour on infection control and the main presentation by Dr. Vargas.

• Dr. Marcos Vargas: Updates on adhesives, ceramics, bonding, and anterior restoration esthetics 9am-noon, 1-3pm

Dr. Marcos Vargas attended Cayetano Heredia University School of Dentistry in Lima, Peru and graduated in 1985. He did his AEGD program at Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. Dr. Vargas received his Certificate and master’s degree in Operative Dentistry in 1994 at the University of Iowa where he is currently a Professor in the Department of Family Dentistry. Dr. Vargas is recognized for his expertise of Direct Restorative Treatment Procedures and conducts numerous lecture and hands-on seminars in the US and internationally. He has published extensively in dental adhesion and resin composites for over 30 years. He maintains a private practice limited to Restorative Dentistry with an emphasis on esthetic dentistry.

Ronda Anderson has been in the Dental Industry for over 30 years. During her time as a distributer representative she realized the need for education in her offices. They needed help resourcing information on the latest in Government Compliance and Infection Control. So she became an expert on the subject through various courses of study and experience. She has now trained hundreds of offices as well as speaking to various Study Clubs and Professional Organizations. Ronda is also proud to have written a chapter in the Text Book “Dental Practice Transitions” on Government Compliance, that is used at two Nebraska Dental Schools. Her passion on this subject has now culminated with her current employment at HuFriedy Group where she helps Dental Offices become more efficient and compliant. Ronda brings her years of product and industry knowledge to “Making Every Day a Safer Day in Dental”.
